The Market Access programme was established to link and facilitate the Halal companies to effectively participate and capitalize new opportunities and marketing channels in different segments such as modern trade, wholesale, retail, e-commerce etc. of Halal businesses in targeted markets i.e. domestic, regional and international.
Initially known as Halal Business Linkage programme, this developmental programme will continue to share know-hows on “Export Readiness” to the small and medium sized enterprises by strengthening their production capabilities and brands (i.e. footprints) in the domestic and international markets.
To provide avenues and industry knowledge in key elements in market expansion know-hows to local Halal producers through an effective and proven channel to expand into global market.

- Halal certified by JAKIM or JAIN/MAIN
- Registered company under Companies Act 1965 with a valid business license.
- Minimum 3 years in operation.
- Sales turnover generated:
- Small: RM300,000 to less than RM15mil
- Medium: RM15 mil to not more than RM50 mil
